The architectural design carefully sites itself so as to embrace and maintain the feature sandstone outcrops of the site whilst exploring the use of juxtaposing horizontal and vertical forms which reflect the natural forms and features of the context. The use of fire resistant materials as well as technological features to minimise fire hazard have been carefully integrated into the design to ensure the maximum safety of occupants on site.
