As part of a remodelling of the business in Australia to present a more contemporary image to the public. This project in particular required the redesign of the exterior and interior spaces of an existing regional restaurant to not only meet the client's prescriptive budget and brief but provided engaging and exciting spaces for its diners. Architectural services included the complete selection of all finishes and fittings as well as detailed construction documentation, management of the consultant team as well as obtaining of required regulatory approvals.
